Hi, I have a problem yesterday, some friends gave me some BAT and they have not come to me. How long does it take to reflect my BATS on my editor account?
It should only take about 3 minutes (but can take up to 30 mins). Can your friend take a screenshot of their tipping history? That might help explain it.
In the meantime, keep checking your dashboard periodically. It could be delayed for some reason if our servers are down or undergoing maintenance. Thanks.
