My BAT disappeared when connecting to UPHOLD

Briefly describe your issue:
I had stored locally in my Browser about 16 BATS. So I connected to uphold and this value was zeroed, but until today the balance has not appeared in uphold. Any idea how to resolve?

Operating System: Windows 10 V22H2
Brave Version: Versão 1.46.144 Chromium: 108.0.5359.128

Is your Brave Rewards Profile currently verified? (yes/no)
What date did you connect a your Brave Rewards Profile?
Have you been able to successfully receive payments in the past?
Are you using a VPN? (yes/no)

I suggest you to contact Brave Support. You can open a ticket using the link below.
Usually it takes some time (hours) to get the balance transferred to Uphold. But four days is too long.
