My BAT disappeared from the Uphold Wallet

Hi guys!

I lost 10.5 BAT from my uphold wallet, however I did not request this transfer! I’ve already checked and all contribution options are turned off!

why is there this transfer if my browser options for automatic contribution are turned off?

  • Do you have multiple devices linked to your Uphold? If so, how many?
  • Can you share a screenshot of your Contributions and Event Log tabs which can be found here brave://rewards-internals/

  1. Yes. I’m have a 2 computers and 1 smartphone (IOS14)
  2. Yes.
    Do you need a print off all devices?

Thanks @mauriciolimax - it looks like Auto-contribute was enabled on 10/28, is that the day you downloaded the browser?

I’m not sure! But, one day enable and all my BAT’s are used for autocontribuition? :slightly_frowning_face:

I had the same issue. BAT was removed from my Uphold account on March 5, 2021 without permission or reason. I contacted Uphold and after 2 replies and 12 days waiting for an answer they told me to come to this site for assistance.
