My balance become zero after I verified my wallet

Two days ago, I manage to claim my rewards which was 2.250 BAT then I verified my wallet and link it with Uphold ( as you know uphold requires 2 BATs to verify your account) after the verification is done I noticed that the 2.25 BAT gone, I looked for it in Uphold but nothing is shown.
thought the problem might be in my account so I reached out to Uphold support they responded that everything looks good.
I have no idea what going on, is that normal?
Because as you mentioned before “For example, if you had 14 BAT in your browser prior to verifying, then after you’ve successfully verified and linked a custodial account to your browser, you should see that 14 BAT automatically appear inside your custodial account’s BAT balance. (Please allow up to 30 minutes for your BAT to appear in your custodial account.)”
I waited more than a day but nothing appeared in my custodial account.
