My ads rewards for brave desktop browser is missing for the month of Oct and Nov 2021

Hi @steeven and @chriscat

First, thanks for your help last time on my reward payout. This time, I have another case where my ads for brave desktop is missing this couple of month. My balance for previous months went missing and I am super sure I have at least a few BATs that is supposed to be transferred. Today, I checked my nov 2021 BAT balance that went missing and check the statement which brings to my Uphold account. Upon checking the Uphold BAT for Brave Desktop browser, the history showed that my rewards stopped since September 2021.

This means I lost the October and November 2021 ads reward. Here is a couple of screenshots:

I am super sure I receive a few BATs, but I forgot how much I received for October 2021, but for november 2021, if I am not mistaken, around 1.4 BAT?

Please help.

Thank you for reporting! Please DM with the following information:

  • Copy/paste your Wallet ID (found on brave://rewards-internals)
  • Your OS and Brave version (first three lines in brave://version)
  • A screenshot of your Rewards panel in Settings --> Brave Rewards.
