My account with my brave rewards problem

Sorry in advance for my bad English. If you have a French support, it s could be helpful.

Recently, I have update my brave app. And now, in the brave reward folder : he ask me to transfert an old account. « Transférer un ancien portefeuille »
The way explain to do it, doesn’t work.
Ask to scan a QR code, in a special emplacement on my computer…

Could you help me to recovery my old account? Doesn’t want to lose my bat…

  • Copy/paste your Wallet ID (found on brave://rewards-internals)
  • Your OS and Brave version (first three lines in brave://version)
  • A screenshot of your Rewards panel in Settings --> Brave Rewards.
