I have contacted uphold. It seems they didn’t complete my verification even though I have sent in my info.

You have to get in touch again, then they will send you a link which will perform the verification almost in real time requesting a Driver’s License or Identity Card. For the next step it is mandatory that you contact them in order to validate your account, you can try again on Monday.
