Multiple profile - Duplicate notifications

Description of the issue:

I created another profile and enabled rewards as for testing purposes. I’ve deleted the profile and now I’m getting double notifications. I can click on one to open the ad. The other notification doesn’t do anything. I shouldn’t be getting these anymore since the profile is deleted.

Steps to Reproduce (add as many as necessary): 1. 2. 3.

  1. Create an additional profile
  2. Enabled rewards
  3. Delete the newly created profile

Actual Result (gifs and screenshots are welcome!):

Multiple notifications received.
Clicking on the notification received for the non-existent profile doesn’t do anything.

Expected result:

Should not be getting an additional notification for the non-existent profile.

Can you navigate to /Users/YOURNAME/Library/Application Support/BraveSoftware/Brave-Browser using finder - and do you see any folder’s named Profile X? (X being a number)

Yes, I’ve went ahead and deleted it just now. There has been a slight change after I posted though. After a while I stopped getting double notifications. But I am unable to click on notifications. Let’s see what happens now since I deleted the profile directory.
