Description of the issue:
Multiple login prompts when attempting to login to Portal.Office.Com - Admin Page

How can this issue be reproduced?

  1. Login with an Admin Account to your O365 Account
  2. Click the Admin icon to take you to the admin portal.
  3. A second login prompt will appear

Expected result:

Page should load without any additional prompts.

You likely need to allow all cookies (using your Shields panel) in order to bypass the second login option. Visit portal.office.com, open your Shields panel and change the Cookie control setting to Allow all cookies, then try to login to the admin portal again.
