Multiple images to click as security check when logging in

Description of the issue:
How can this issue be reproduced?

1. after klicking the images requested (crossing, traffic lights, bikes et cetera) for logging in after I put in my inlog details including password!, there appear contuiniously new ones to be klicked on = practically it prohibites logging in.

Expected result:
? let they be gone!
Brave Version( check About Brave):
Version 1.16.68 Chromium: 86.0.4240.111 (Official Build) (64-bit)
