Multiple devices using, I don’t receive any BAT arround 10 months
I have multiples devices, that I use Brave, like my home computer, my work computer and my cellphone, for sync my preferences. On this way Brave Support blocked my account saying that was a suspicious usage, I thought that was a temporary, because the message showed that was a temporary status, i emailed the support and then they unblocked me, and that month i received…(october 2023)
I don’t receive anything else since october, no one device that I use pays me in the pay date, They always say that pay payment was made… but not, I never receive
You can’t sync Rewards. And using Sync wouldn’t seem to be any violation. Neither is using multiple devices. What they would look at is how you use each device connected to Uphold and if it seems you are attempting to abuse Rewards. Keep in mind this isn’t something to mine or farm cryptocurrency but is simply a rewards program for using the browser and viewing ads. Anyone who tries to do things excessively to act like using Brave is a job or way for money and is very abnormal usage will get flagged/suspended as it’s not the purpose.
So it makes it sound like they unflagged the account and you should be receiving. Keep in mind that the antifraud system can sometimes flag again after a flag is removed. This is especially true if the person is doing something they shouldn’t. It’s likely you are flagged again. If so this means you will have to do the support ticket to have them look into things. Either they’ll remove the flag again or they will let you know that perhaps you’re permanently suspended. Either way, they should be able to try to investigate what’s going on and provide you a very basic answer. (Do note they won’t tell you why you’re flagged)
