Multiple collect buttons

Description of the issue: In brave://rewards/ I have two buttons to collect rewards; both are not working: I click on it and nothing happend.

How can this issue be reproduced?

  1. No idea

Expected result: Collect BAT in the Unverified wallet

Brave Version( check About Brave):
Versione 1.32.113 Chromium: 96.0.4664.45 (Build ufficiale) (a 64 bit)
