Description of the issue:
I have just installed Brave for the first time and I have gone through the settings carefully. I have ad blocking turned on and when I go to www.msn.com I get the following message at the top of the page:
Our website is having trouble interacting with your ad blocking software. If you’re experiencing issues we apologize and suggest that you try disabling your current ad blocker or switching to a different ad block provider. Thank you.

Turned off Brave Shields for www.msn.com

Get the message that Brave Shields is down for the website.

Navigate to https://www.msn.com/
Note: this message appears irrespective of whether Shields are turned on or off for the website.

I hoped that Brave’s ad blocking would be compatible with the MSN website.
