Mp4 video and audio desync

Description of the issue:
When playing .MP4 videos on the browser either from the HD or from a server, and then switching to another tab the video and audio desyncs. Audio remains running fine but when i return to the video tab the image is a second or so behind.

How can this issue be reproduced?

  1. Either run a MP4 video from your HD or from a server on the browser.
  2. Let the video play for like 30 sec. then switch to another tab.
  3. Return to the tab with the video after a minute or so.

Expected result:
The Audio and Video should not be desynced
