MP3 file won't download past 1 or 2%

Can’t download more than 1 or 2% of the following MP3 file from a saved radio station session.
Is anyone else able to download more of it?

After many attempts, I then switched to Firefox to download it.

Using Brave 0.22.669 on Windows 10 64-bit.

Tested again: downloaded mp3 from http://www.calonfm.com/105fm/?page_id=32830 successfully.
Have had one or two Brave updates. That seems to have fixed things.
