Since I reported this bug, Brave has been updated 1.34.80 and it still exists.
There has been a Bug Report, 321471 (Unable to reorder tabs (Arch Linux KDE) for the same error, and within the replies is the folllowing:
“Edit, the 2nd: Well, I got proper tab functionality back, but it meant I had to disable the “Use system title bar and borders” setting. Now I can drag tabs left and right, I can drag tabs out of a window and back in, etc.”
That work around works for me, but as further stated:
“HOWEVER, this functionality should still have worked, REGARDLESS of that setting.” True.
