Move Refresh Button

Hi all,

Is there a way to move the Refresh button to the right of the address bar. Failing that does anyone know of an extension that will add another Refresh button on the right.

Yes, I know about right click and reload, F5 etc but I’m just so used to having it on the right.

Ideas appreciated.
