Mouse movement causes page to scroll

Description of the issue:
When I move the mouse left and right or up and down over the screen, the window scrolls up and down. This is just ordinary mouse movement without anything selected.
This happens with two different mice (so not mouse problem), but doesn’t happen in another browser (FirefoxDev).
This only seems to affect the screen when I’m editing a web page with ElementorPro (WordPress plugin).

Steps to Reproduce (add as many as necessary): 1. 2. 3.

  1. Log into any WordPress site (any of our sites)
  2. Edit Page with Elementor

Actual Result (gifs and screenshots are welcome!):
It’s impossible to scroll down the Page and select an element to edit, as every movement of the mouse scrolls the page again.
If I move the scroll bar down, as soon as I move the mouse over the page to select something, the page scrolls again.
This ONLY happens while Elementor is actively showing a page in edit mode. At every other time (while in the side Dashboard or viewing the site) it’s fine.

Expected result:
When I scroll down a page I expect it to stay where it is while I select something.

Reproduces how often:
Every time
