That’s a very strange issue you’re seeing. I assume you’ve disabled/enabled the extensions to see if re-enabling them causes them to appear in the toolbar?
The last time a similar issue occurred, its because of a chromium flag who’s default value changed upstream and we ended up inheriting it without knowing it. Try the following:
- Go to
brave://flags - Search for a flag labeled
#extensions-toolbar-menu - Change the value to
Disabled - Relaunch the browser when prompted
