Description of the issue:
How can this issue be reproduced?
- Just installed browser, imported from Chrome
- “New Tab Redirect” extension and certain buttons in the Sprucemark extension cause issue
- Strange UI behavior, window widens with ghost borders repeatedly as if in a loop, crash
Expected result:
Normal operation
Brave Version( check About Brave):
1.62.165
Additional Information:
Once this starts, browser exhibits the same behavior when started and is unusable.
I saw another entry where the same behavior was exhibited whenever the user got a Brave alert.
