Moderator settings

I have a premium account. I created a link first and then used that link to get into the meeting. I did this because I want to get a link before the meeting actually starts. I set the moderator settings, including enabling the lobby and the sound settings when people join. However, if I leave the meeting and come back in, all the setting have reverted back to default. Is there a place I can set the defaults?
