Mobile Device Will Not Let Me Verify Uphold Account

Hello,

I’m currently having an issue with verifying my already existing (and working) Uphold account/wallet with a mobile device. I recently upgraded my phone from one model to another and re-synced my browser and settings with my desktop browsers. When I go to re-verify my rewards/ad wallet within Brave on the new mobile device, it fails, and doesn’t provide any specific error (it’s just generic). Has anyone dealt with this before and know how to resolve?

Android 12 and Brave 1.37.116

Have you been able to successfully receive payments in the past? Yes on old device

Are you using a VPN? No

Are you in a supported region (see here for list of supported regions)? Yes

Does your device pass the SafteyNet check (Android only)? Yes

Have you fully completed Uphold’s CDD requirements? Yes

Thank you; that worked for me! I’ll try to reinstall the Uphold app now.

I have uninstalled the uphold app and verified it through Brave browser and It worked

Just for anyone who sees this later - reinstalling the Uphold app after the fact still allows it to work well.
