As of January 2021, I have only received two of the monthly rewards, once in March, and a second time today for ads viewed in July.

Yes. According to my wallet activity, I regularly received rewards from ad viewing each month, beginning in July 2020. As of January 2021, the monthly payments have mostly been missing.

I have Auto-contribute turned off, and nothing is appearing within my Brave wallet.
