Missing BAT when Payout status says "Payments Complete"

The brave ads payout status says “Payments Complete” but I have not received my BATs on my other devices while only one device has received BATs so far. Have waited for days and now it says “Payments Complete”.

Can someone from Brave support help? The payment is for April 2022. Decided to raise this issue because the status and the reality doesn’t match. @steeven @Mattches

agreed, this is getting a bit old… would be nice to have more updates on what they’re doing about the issue.
