Missing BAT somehow account was logged out but I've logged back in and still no payment

I have been receiving my bat every month but for some reason this month my account got unverified. I got signed back in and it’s showing verified again but it’s not showing any information about my payment for December/January. Usually it hits around the 10th to 11th every month. It looks like there are alot of people haveing problems with December’s payments. I just wanted to make sure that my account being unverified when it was time for the payment to hit was t the cause of me not getting it. https://community.brave.com/u/steeven

This was exactly the same scenario in my case too. On the payout day, the wallet got disconnected and I connected again. Then there is no payment. I’ve already DM’d @steeven. Hope issue will be resolved soon.

  • Copy/paste your Wallet ID (found on brave://rewards-internals)
  • Your OS and Brave version (first three lines in brave://version)
  • A screenshot of your Rewards panel in Settings --> Brave Rewards.
