Is your browser wallet currently verified? (yes/no)
What date did you verify your wallet?
Have you been able to successfully receive payments in the past?
Are you using a VPN? (yes/no)
Are you in a supported region (see here for list of supported regions)?
Does your device pass the SafteyNet check (Android only)?
I didn’t receive mine too. I don’t know where to seek for help.
I heard the Brave Team after working with wallets(about limit) some of them being flagged and once way is to call mod to check it

In it I explain how a lot of things work, give troubleshooting options, and then mention who to contact, how to contact them, and what information they need (if nothing else works)
