Missing actual credit to gemini account

Briefly describe your issue:
Was supposed to get 6+ BAT over two computers in April, never got them, same in May, my portfolio balance in Gemini is still only 1 BAT. Messaged a mod my wallet addresses (home and work PCs) and no response.
