Mint 21.3 Browser not opening

Mint 21.2 5.8.4 Cinnamon, AMD processor,
I installed the brave browser via command line on Brave website.
I’ve tried the release and BETA version with the same results.
Clicking on Brave Browser icon - browser does not open
Enter brave-browser in command line and get the following results;

$ brave-browser

Please use the --enable-chrome-browser-cloud-management command line flag to enable it if you are not using the official Google Chrome build.
