Military/24-hour clock on new-tab option

I would like to see an option to toggle the clock on the new-tab screen to be set to a 24hr clock.

Please add this!
This is the only application on any device I have which still shows 12hr time.

Please add it to the Dashboard Settings panel which already allows us to enable/disable the background image.

I don’t necessarily like 24-hour clocks, but having options to change how the clock is displayed would be nice. For example, I prefer to pad the hour number, so 1:01 becomes 01:01.
