Since a few days ago my Brave browser (Version 1.77.95 Chromium: 135.0.7049.52 Official Build 64 bits) does not download files.
That is to say, it opens the dialog box where I can set what name to give to the download and in which folder to place it, but then I go to the folder and the file does not appear, and if I go to the browser’s download history there is no download.
I add that other browsers that I have installed do allow me to download files, since it is not a problem of my operating system (Ubuntu 24.04.2 LTS x86_64), and that in Brave itself also could last week and since then I have not made any change in the application settings.
