I don’t understand why my Brave wallet will no longer connect with my Uphold account. This has been a problem since last year. I was told to reset my authentication 2FA, but I no longer have access to that program, nor do I recall which 2FA program I had used.
I need to speak with someone directly and NOT be given yet ANOTHER run-around with some nameless, faceless e-mail account. All e-mail interactions tell me the SAME thing: follow all the steps in the Brave browser to reset your account settings. Guess what? Those steps ALWAYS require that I use my 2FA! This is INFURIATING! I need to actually SPEAK with someone who can HELP me! Is that too much to ask?!
