How can this issue be reproduced?
click menu icon, user icon or notification icon
Expected result: Brave Version: do not work with shields on or off. DO work in private window:

Try clearing site data for youtube, reloading the page/re-login to youtube.

I tried that and it did not work and cannot re login because of no menus
How about in private window mode?

Also does not seem to be logging me out when I clear the site data.
