Only received payout from ads, and not from sponsored images. I do have a verified wallet, and i get paid for ads. I have been using sponsored images for a while and didnā€™t receive a payout, only the predicted amount from ads.

I have Brave latest on Android, win10 desktop and win10 laptop.
Android - received payment approx 17bat, when I was expecting nearer 23-25. Connected to wallets below.
Win10 desktop - received 16 bat when I was again expecting 25ish. Verified account
Win10 laptop received .25bat. was expecting more. But might be correct. Verified account

I have claimed on all multiple times before. Expectations are based of predicted amount stated by browser at end of may, and previous payment averages. I have always received on predicted amount or moreā€¦

Is there any reason why this month seems to be 30-40% or more less than was expected?

I have seen notes of partial payouts. Is this possibly occurring?
Just curious as to what might have happened.

Hi, I have two profiles in Brave Browser in the same device, using Windows10 laptop, one is for personal, one is for work. I use the second profile most of the time for work purposes. This is my first time receiving a payout and I have both profile verified with the same wallet. But I think I only received the first profileā€™s payout. I received only about 3.4 BATs, and I think it should be around 7 BATs, including the second profile. To clarify, Iā€™m not talking about the publisher/creator e-mail connected with UpHold.

Edit: Iā€™m good now. :slight_smile:

I did not get my rewards this month and last month I had been told unusual activity on my account . I have windows 10 OS and uphold verified . I already sent answers to question they asked me to fix my account .
I do not use VPN
i use the computer as usual at work and usually use 24 hours, shift work
I did not do anything special on my computer but I get flagged. I already sent my internal to @steeven last month but i did not hear about my account yet.
Please help with this problem bcos since last month nothing being solved and this moth still no get payment.

I have not been receiving payouts for several months now. Iā€™ve been using Brave for over a year now with no problems, up until a few months ago when I stopped receiving rewards. I always download the latest version and Iā€™m currently running the latest version of Windows 10.
