Is there any way to add a medical dictionary to the brave spell checker?

There is no official was to add a list of medical terms. However! If you navigate to /Users/[YourUserName]/AppData/Local/BraveSoftware/Brave Browser/User data/Default, inside that default folder you should find a file called Custom Dictionary.txt, you should be able to add words to that file and then you’ll have your medical dictionary.
