Just to be clear, before, you don’t need to be KYC’d in order to claim Ad Rewards. Since May 5th you have to be verified in order to receive this rewards?

Yesterday I claimed my rewards but keeps loading infinite, I earned more then 4dollors but suddenly disappear. I hope they will be fixed this soon bring back our rewards

Does this mean that early claim users need to update their brave browser version and then continue to claim their rewards?

I have 12.5 pending BAT rewards as of May 5, i have a verified Uphold account. this morning i have received 6.1 BAT, only half of the 12.5 pending. upon checking my BAT at my browser, i have still a pending or 6.4 BAT. QUESTION: HOW DO BRAVE SEND THE REWARDS? SHOULD WE EXPECT THE BALANCE TO BE CREDITED ENTIRELY OR ONLY A PORTION OF IT? IS THERE A CUT OFF?
I am pleased to have received the rewards, thank you brave browser, but there are just some unanswered issues that must be addressed. These unresolved issues will determine whether people would still opt to use Brave Browser. If people will be constantly frustrated by misleading information and technical error issues, then it may decrease your users.

I have same problem as everyone else here I downloaded the uphold app hoping maybe my bat was sent there but nothing not in the Q plz help
I also could not claim the rewards on my android last night, just saw a continuous loading which resulted in no deposit of new bat and no april-rewards pending
Those payments are still happening @clone - i literally just received mine. Last month it took about 32-33 hours, we have more wallets so just a matter of time.
Please read thread above to understand the delays; we hit a bunch of heavy weight bugs during the payment process.

There is no claim rewards button anymore, it is not showing in my wallet, and it is not in the pending amount either. Restarted my phone and browser, same thing.
I received my April BATs on my laptop today morning. But, there is no option to claim BATs in android phone. Please help. How to claim BATs on android.
