my BAT wallet appears as unverified but when i click on the verify button it redirects me to MY uphold wallet, i emailed uphold and told me the problem is with Brave, i want to get the verification so i can withdraw some bat

I just want to point out that for me this is NOT the first time. The same has happened for the past 2 months (March & April) and I NEVER received the BAT, does it mean that those are lost? I am using in-browser wallet.

Unfortunately, you will not be able to claim your Android Ads BAT until we push the newest version of the app which is a top priority for the team.

Accepted. My current version is:

version 1.7.102

So i suppose V 1.8 will have a solution.
I won’t ask for ETA cos I’m sure your devs are working hard on fixing it.

I can only add that according to the small(fun) poll I made (May 5th Ads Reward Claim Errors - #289 by Marco), we (Android users) are affected the most. -

First, I hope things like this won’t happen , because they slightly affect user’s trust in BAT. Trust is very important; Brave is based on trust, in a way. But! - I’m quite sure that nothings lost (no BAT is lost) & that Brave devs (team) will work hard on solving it, at their highest priority. Secondly, I think that ability to use Uphold on mobile - Android&iOS versions of Brave - should have been coded/implemented: yesterday! Users requested that (Uphold integration) for months, already.…
