Maximum accounts for my wallet

I have brave installed only in my home pc, my laptop and my cell phone. I veifified my uphold wallet only in my home pc and in my laptop. I upgrade to win 11. But in my home PC I didn’t nothing and now get the same error in all my devices.

“Device Limit Reached |Your wallet cannot be verified because you’ve reached the maximum verified device limit.9/26/2021”

I read about the maximum number of 4 devices for a wallet but I have only 3 devices.

Apparently the problem is generated because from time to time you demand to verify the wallet, and in doing so it seems that a new device is added, even if it is not.
I come to this conclusion because I have not done anything on my PC and suddenly it appears that I must verify the wallet.

What should I do to solve this problem?

You should allow each user to add or remove devices instead of implementing this limitation, which in the long run is practically blocking our accounts.

Best regards,

Brave gives you a new wallet id per device. A new install of windows is a new device. Even uninstalling and reinstalling brave will end up as a new device.

There is nothing you can do for now. We have to wait for em to fix it. They are working in it.
