March rewards twice have given me the claim error

twice now when i go to claim march rewards it comes with an error while puttimg the triangle in the square.

What date did you verify your wallet?

Have you been able to successfully receive payments in the past?
no
Are you using a VPN? (yes/no)
no
Are you in a supported region (see here for list of supported regions)?

thanks for your quick response, i noticed the 3.5 Bat show up on my balance and then it disappeared again, i take it you will want to know this is happening and look forward to this being fixed
