March Payout Issue

I was supposed to receive 3.2 ish on one computer and 2.5 on another. It was subtracted from the estimated earnings. Then when the payout was supposed to occur, it changed to a total of 0.250 payout. It did not update. My total did not increase and there is no payment in Gemini. Is there a known issue this month for payouts?
