March earning not received and I cannot verify the wallet

Hi,

I am using Windows version and 1.38.109. My wallet is not verified and my march earning is not received. I tried to verify with my Geminia account but not successful due to my account being flagged. My account has been flagged for the whole April now. I had received all my earnings before my March earnings. I used Nord VPN sometimes. I live in US.
