Description of the issue:
After I enabled the feature in Bitdefender and granted all permissions. Strange, even though many features are not active or working as they should. Instead of protecting it, it broke my browser. One of them is Brave.
I’ve tested it on a browser that doesn’t support Bitdefender protection, it’s not damaged at all and works as well as it should.
Even the Brave class was damaged by Bitdefender like the photo I attached. The writings and pictures were like glitches falling apart, piled up in piles.
It doesn’t stop there. After the Bitdefender application is uninstalled once. The damage is still there and doesn’t go away. So I think a lot was changed by the Bitdefender application, thus breaking the browser itself.
Is there any solution for this? Too bad I didn’t take the risk of deleting data or something like that. It would be too much of a loss to do so.
How can this issue be reproduced?
- Install bitdefender and give admin permission
- Turn on comprehensive protection in the Bitdefender feature
- Brave received protection, but was damaged instead
Expected result:
Brave doesn’t glitch or break anymore. Back to the way it was before Bitdefender.
