I want to manually backup and sync my bookmarks with my cloud provider (Dropbox, in my case). I know Brave has built-in Sync, and I have already set that up. But my bookmarks are very important to me, so I’m planning to manually sync them with my cloud provider just in case.
AFAIK, Brave stores bookmarks in these two paths (on Mac):
~/Library/Application Support/BraveSoftware/Brave-Browser/Default/Bookmarks~/Library/Application Support/BraveSoftware/Brave-Browser/Default/Bookmarks.bak
If I set up my cloud provider to sync these two files, will I be able to recover my bookmarks in future even if I lost my Sync code? (like on a new computer, install Brave, and replace the two files with the ones previously backed up). Would this work?
