Manifest v3 Extension not opening

I use several Manifest v3 extensions (both packed and unpacked) and they work normally, however after using Brave for a period of time they will stop opening and are no longer able to be used.

This affects all the installed v3 extensions simultaneously and v2 extensions are not affected.
