Mailvelop doesn't work in Brave

Description of the issue:
I am trying to install Mailvelope, an extension that permits encrypted email messaging using PGP keys within Gmail. I have successfully installed Mailvelope extensions within Chrome and Firefox. But it does not work within Brave, at least not for me.

I have installed my public and private keys. In opening my Gmail inbox I should see a Mailvelope icon next to the Gmail Compose button. In CHrome and FF I see the Mailvelope icon. In Brave, I don’t.

Does the site work as expected when using Chrome?

Mailvelope developer here. I cannot reproduce any issues with Mailvelope on Brave. Could you please check if the Gmail-API integration is enabled (Options -> Gmail API -> Gmail API integration?

I believe i may’ve not been using the right keypair. I’ve now got it working.
