When I clicked the “claim rewards” button I immediately saw that they were counted but then it said “wallet offline” when previously connected, when I reconnect the wallet I don’t see the rewards I just claimed in the wallet… What happened? what happened?

please wait for 2-3 days. It happened with me also but Those reward came after 2-3 days.
Thanks for sending, found the root of the issue. Your wallet had been flagged by our automated system for irregular activity. I’ve removed the flag, and you should now be good to go.
