Lost my BAT when verifying/connecting gemini wallet (2)

I have already opened a ticket for this before but it got closed.
Got response from Steeven who let me know it would be resolved thursday 8 days ago, but it isn’t resolved and I got no answer on my DM from 4 days ago in which I state that it isn’t resolved yet…

Can this please be looked into? Thanks in advance!

No uphold wallet, but gemini
