Lost half of my BAT after connecting Brave to my Uphold wallet

Briefly describe your issue:
After connecting my Brave Wallet w/ Uphold, I got 24 BAT deposited in my account, almost half of what I originally had (43 BAT).

What Operating System and Brave version are you using (Menu --> About Brave)?
Windows 10, Version 1.46.153

Is your Brave Rewards Profile currently verified? (yes/no)

What date did you connect a your Brave Rewards Profile?
Friday 6th 2023, but Brave said I had problems with my Uphold account (in my uphold acc it said it was connected with Brave) so I tried earlier today and it worked

Have you been able to successfully receive payments in the past?

Are you using a VPN? (yes/no)

Are you in a supported region (see here for list of supported regions)?

Does your device pass the SafteyNet check (Android only)?

Have you manually turned off Auto-contribute on all of your devices?

It’s been 3 days and still haven’t received my lost BAT.
And of course, I haven’t received a response from my ticket form either, to be honest the lack of good costumer service is making me wonder if I should keep using Brave.
