Lost Dozens of Tokens After Verifying Wallet

It’s been almost a week and I haven’t heard back from Brave staff and still no sign of missing tokens. Just wondering if anyone has been able to recover their BAT after verifying their wallet? How long did it take?

Can you tell me who you’ve been in contact with up until this point?

I believe they are off for the day but I’ve pinged them regarding your request. Note that we all have hundreds of these requests to work through and can sometimes be slow to respond. We do appreciate your patience.
