Lost all the BAT i had accumulated before creating a wallet in Brave Wallet

Hello, everyone.
I had accumulated a certain amount of BAT (that i don’t know) before creating a Brave Wallet and connecting it to the browser. When i did that, it didn’t say that I watched 80 ads this month anymore, and the number of ads watched went back to 0. How can I resolve this issue?

  1. Creating a Brave Wallet doesn’t have any impact on your BAT
  2. You aren’t saying anything about whether you had linked your Rewards to anything. If you weren’t connected to something like Uphold, ZebPay, or Solana then you wouldn’t have earned anything.
  3. If you reset your Rewards, then that purges your prior Rewards. If it was linked you may still get paid, but it wouldn’t show in your existing because resetting would cause you to be in a new Rewards profile.

Make sure when you post in places, you do so in the right area. Also important is that you don’t delete the templates. They ask information needed to help you. For example, you posted under Browser Support > Desktop Support but your issue is about Brave Rewards > Rewards Support .
