My BAT account has just dropped to zero, and as a result I have lose all the BAT gained from opening 94 ads… This has already happened two weeks ago, please help.

Hi @IhorF - is it still at zero? Do you have a KYC’d wallet with Uphold? Have you tried toggling rewards on and off?
No, it is 0.3 BAT but this from the ads that had been appearing since then…
Yes, I do have a KYC wallet with Uphold, Yes I have tried toggling on and off but it hasn´t solved the problem.
@steeven today is the payment day and I still can´t recover my lost BATs… and also it doesnt appear the “claim rewards” button.
